Newly released data from Realtor.com for August shows that potential buyers and sellers in Sangamon County saw houses sell for higher than the previous month’s median sales price of $227,000.
The median home sold for $234,320, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows; that means August, the most recent
month for which figures are available, was up 3.2% from July.
Compared to August 2023, the median home sales price was up 21.1% at $234,320 compared to $193,500.
