Here’s Something To Look Forward To!

This is my favorite time of year. I love it when the leaves start to turn, the whether gets a bit cooler and we switch our closets from summer to fall. I think I really enjoy it because it inherently gives you a lot to look forward to – and that’s important to my mental health.

I always try to give myself a light at the end of the tunnel, when planning my days/weeks/months. It makes whatever I’m going through at the moment seem “less big” than it might be and that help keeps my anxiety in check.
